Traits That Facilitate Cross-Cultural Adaptation
There are different perspectives to see the adaptation of culture. It is possible to say emotional character as well as of health make rolls very important to study and understand a kind of adaptation. However, I will mention some essential aspects that have to do with this topic: Trait That Facilitate Cross-Cultural Adaptation. I will mention three important points which are necessary to have on count。
Firstly, there is personal curiosity in which one is interested in a new culture. bbetween success and curiosity, you might find the more you explore and learn about new culture, understand, comfortable and more success.
It is important to know what sources one can call upon, such: going to the library, spending time with the host. But be careful with those aspects related in which you meet a surprise: do`s and don`nt`s.
Secondly, tolerance of differences through which you accept that all things are different, and that it makes you feel overwhelmed, so you have to find emotional support out, such as: teachers, classmates, etch….
Finally,” a cross-cultural perspective”. here you’ve got known beforehand that every culture is unique, ethnocentrism shows up, and not leaving on the way, beliefs of every country o social group.
